Director
Todd launched Castelnau in 2016 as he saw an opportunity to systemise the purchase of freeholds at significant volume to provide a long-dated, index-linked income solution to pension funds. Todd arranges new facilities, funding sources and joint venture partnerships whilst keeping involved in all Castelnau’s individual acquisitions. In the last 10 years, Todd has completed £100m of acquisitions across 10,000 units spanning 500 properties in several asset classes including multiple traditional leasehold investments, unbroken mixed-use freeholds, and residential developments. Todd has made numerous company acquisitions and has set up several joint ventures focusing on property investment, property technology and property service-related activities. Todd enjoys a range of sports and is an avid Chelsea supporter.
Cameron Jeromson

Cameron Jeromson

Head of Operations
Cameron oversees all of Castelnau’s group operations, ensuring the company's efficiency and all joint venture projects. He developed and implemented the original acquisition process for the business. Cameron manages the setup, compliance, and operations of all new ventures. He is the final party in the company to sign off the acquisition of any new assets. Cameron led and finalised an acquisition facility on residential and commercial ground rents for £7.5m, and has arranged loans in excess of £8m over multiple single-family units. Prior to Castelnau, Cameron worked within the self-storage property sector. In his spare time, Cameron plays rugby, tennis and golf and he enjoys absolutely anything competitive!
Joshua Riffkin

Joshua Riffkin

Senior Analyst
Joshua supports the Castelnau acquisitions team in all aspects of the research and analysis process. He identifies attractive investment opportunities in the market, creating and implementing investment models which provide key decision-making information for the acquisitions team. He also aids in the development negotiation and investment strategies for more complex assets and portfolio transactions. Prior to Castelnau, Joshua was a capital markets trader and analyst for a distinguished global macro fund specialising in equities and equity derivatives. Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also an avid motorcyclist, mixologist, and can often be found at open mic nights across London with his guitar in hand.
Lena Elfallah

Lena Elfallah

Acquisitions Manager
Lena is Castelnau’s Acquisitions Manager and is responsible for our current investment portfolio across London and the South East. Lena is focused on establishing our strategic partnerships across the property sector, while growing our average lot size and ensuring our capital deployed targets are met. Lena has international Business Development experience, having spent the last 10 years supporting the growth and expansion of world leading insurance companies in the Middle East and London. Lena previously lived in Dubai for 6 years and spends her spare time travelling and chasing the sun. She has a keen eye for interior design and is working her way down a list of recommended restaurants now that she lives back in London.
Melissa D'Angelo

Melissa D'Angelo

Acquisitions Associate
Melissa supports the Acquisitions team throughout their opportunity identification and deal progression process. She sources the best quality sites to meet the company’s investment targets, and manages the offering process to ensure the pipeline moves efficiently. By creating and maintaining a strong rapport with our network of vendors, developers, agents, purchasers, and clients, Melissa is able to successfully navigate throughout the negotiations of even the most complicated asset structures without a hitch, achieving favourable terms to all parties involved in all deals. Prior to Castelnau Melissa worked as a Sales Negotiator for a well-known London Estate Agency for 3 years, covering Central and South West London. Outside the office Melissa enjoys socialising with friends, cooking up a storm in the kitchen (often honouring her Italian routes), doting on her two cats and building up her designer handbag collection!

India Pover

Acquisitions Assistant
India assists the Acquisitions team by leading and coordinating the progression of transactions for all properties purchased by the company, following up with all involved parties from deal agreement through to completion. She is responsible for liaising with financiers to obtain funding for various investment activities, and ensuring that the company portfolio meets legislative guidelines and operates at it’s full investment potential. Prior to Castelnau, India worked within a property finance brokerage. She enjoys an array of sports having ridden horses at international level and is an active member of her running club competing in races all over Europe. She has also trained in Muay Thai in Thailand.
Christina Chandra

Christina Chandra

Research Assistant
Christina facilitates Castelnau’s research operation, identifying specific asset targets using investment criteria. She enriches data across the company’s proprietary databases, providing the team with crucial information to help optimise investment opportunities. Prior to Castelnau, Christina has internship experience within several Asian banks, specifically in their corporate finance and middle-market teams researching a broad spectrum of target companies for investment. In her spare time, Christina enjoys travelling to new destinations and hunting out the best restaurants wherever she goes.
Jermaine Marshall

Jermaine Marshall

Research Apprentice
Jermaine joined Castelnau as part of the Catch22 Apprenticeships and Employability Housing and Property Apprenticeship scheme. He will be working alongside Christina in our research operation, identifying specific asset targets using investment criteria. His work to identify possible freehold and AST acquisition opportunities is crucial to the growth of the company. Prior to Castelnau, Jermaine held a range of supervisory positions within the retail sector, learning the importance of customer service and leadership. He hopes to couple his previous experience with his ongoing education in property to progress his career. Jermaine is an Arsenal supporter with dreams of seeing his team win the Champions League and becoming a leader in the property industry someday.
