Castelnau owns a diverse portfolio of income producing residential and mixed-use properties, primarily in the South East and London. We are always looking to expand our investment activities in existing income producing assets, together with exploring any opportunities to develop and expand the current footprint of these holdings.

Target assets are multi-unit properties with potential for us to use our expertise to add value; individual residential units are also regular investments for our operation.

Our strategy involves utilising local agents, with whom we have built strong working relationships with, who possess strong asset-based knowledge and community sensitivities to manage all our retained stock. This enables Castelnau’s specialist team of dedicated workforce to concentrate on acquiring quality properties.
