Todd launched Castelnau in 2016 as he saw an opportunity to systemise the purchase of freeholds at significant volume to provide a long-dated, index-linked income solution to pension funds. Todd arranges new facilities, funding sources and joint venture partnerships whilst keeping involved in all Castelnau’s individual acquisitions. In the last 10 years, Todd has completed £100m of acquisitions across 10,000 units spanning 500 properties in several asset classes including multiple traditional leasehold investments, unbroken mixed-use freeholds, and residential developments. Todd has made numerous company acquisitions and has set up several joint ventures focusing on property investment, property technology and property service-related activities. Todd enjoys a range of sports and is an avid Chelsea supporter.

Monika oversees the strategic growth and operational efficiency of Castelnau’s portfolio, handling key aspects of asset management and coordinating development projects. She is dedicated to optimising day-to-day operations while driving long term growth and success, ensuring the portfolio’s continued performance and value. Having joined Castelnau as an Office Manager, Monika brought with her a strong background in property auctions and over a decade of professional experience across multiple industries. Her expertise includes stakeholder relations, workflow optimisation and innovative problem-solving, making her an invaluable asset in managing dynamic and evolving environments. Outside of work, Monika enjoys quality time with her family and expresses her creativity through cooking and art. With a passion for DIY, she loves taking on home improvement projects and bringing fresh ideas to life. Always focused on personal growth, Monika actively seeks opportunities to learn and develop new skills.

Jermaine works in the investment team overseen by Cameron and is often at the forefront of progressing complex transactions ensuring the timely acquisition of mixed-use and multi-tenanted freehold blocks. Over the last year, Jermaine has also taken the lead role in the most recent portfolio refinancing and has been the key person dealing with loans and acquisitions. The portfolio in question comprised of 27 units with a combined value of £5m. Jermaine joined Castelnau in 2022 as the company's first apprentice, initially excelling within the research team using a data-first approach to meticulously identify freehold opportunities utilising our specific criteria. In his spare time Jermaine can be found enjoying Champions League football at the Emirates stadium or pumping iron at his favourite gym in Bethnal Green.

Vimal oversees all financial matters, from preparing and submitting financial accounts and tax returns to HMRC to handling VAT returns. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of financial regulations, Vimal ensures the smooth operation of financial processes from top to bottom. Vimal brings over a decade of expertise in accounting, coupled with extensive experience in the property business spanning more than five years. She is passionate about leveraging AI skills to enhance accountancy practices, constantly seeking new ideas and innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Outside of the office, Vimal is a passionate enthusiast of the arts and culture. With a love for painting, drawing, and exploring museums, Vimal finds inspiration in creative expressions. Additionally, Vimal enjoys immersing in the world of theatre, indulging in jazz music, and watching thrilling tennis matches.

Vladimir plays a key role at Castelnau by spearheading our research operations and strategically enriching data across our proprietary databases. Vlad's role revolves around equipping the team with vital insights, essential for optimising the accuracy of our data, driving investment opportunities and enhancing the acquisitions process in due course. Vladimir brings a wealth of passion for data and artificial intelligence to our team. His strong interest in these areas position him as a pivotal contributor to the team's pursuit of innovative solutions. Beyond the office, Vlad boasts an impressive track record in competitive basketball. When not on the court, he's often found exploring the nooks and crannies of London with friends.

Mosh is our Investment Analyst, working closely with Todd to shape acquisition strategies at Castelnau, including residential ground rents, private rental units and airspace development. With expertise in financial modelling, debt structuring and due diligence, Mosh plays a key role in analysing potential investments, evaluating risks and contributing to Castelnau's strategic decision-making. A graduate in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, Mosh has a proven track record in managing build-to-rent and commercial assets, taking a proactive approach to asset performance analysis and optimising budgets. Mosh also oversaw an international luxury residential portfolio and contributed to the launch of an innovative blockchain product. Outside work, Mosh is passionate about fitness, playing the acoustic guitar and exploring new cultures through travel. Whether discovering hidden gems in new cities or experiencing different traditions, Mosh enjoys the adventure of exploring the world.
